Shipping
All items ordered within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post with delivery within 3 - 9 days, dependendent upon your location. If you have a special need to have the item expedited, please let us know, and we will give you an estimate of the shipping cost via a courier service. (Customers living within the Kitchener Waterloo area may opt to pick up their order, in which case shipping charges will be refunded.)
Items shipped to the United States will be shipped via Canada Post with delivery within 6 –12 days, again dependent upon your location.
For all international orders, the most cost effective shipping method will be chosen. Contact us at laurie@wholoveskitty.ca with your location, and we will email your shipping cost back to you.
Who Loves Kitty does not add a handling charge.
Return Policy
Our customer’s happiness is our primary concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Who Loves Kitty will accept merchandise returns within 30 days from the date upon which you received your order.
We are able to accept returns that are unopened or otherwise in new condition. Any item that has been used, or its individual packaging damaged, cannot be returned.
Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return explaining the reason for the return. If the item you received was damaged or defective, we will refund the cost of the item plus the shipping charges. In all other situations we will refund the cost of the item, but not the shipping charges.
